Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width 6 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with IRC:SP: 53, sprayed at the rate of 9 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.11 cum per 10 sqm, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (DBM) Grading-II with 100-120 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 as per approved job mix formula which ever is higherby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification 5th revision clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled bibratory and tendom rollers to achiev the desired compection as per MORTH specifiaction clause 509 complete all respects. Grading-II

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Enginee-in-Charges MoRTH Standard Data book S.No. 6.1 (601)
