INTERNAL ELECTIC SUPPLY AND FLAME PROOF LIGHTING S & F Concealed point wiring complete with two runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn through and including rigid steel ERW conduit (stove enameled) heavy duty dia not less than 20 mm as per IS 9537 Part I and including all necessary flame proof, weather proof conduit accessories and fittings for light points and including 2.5 sqmm (or nearest equivalent metric size) single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed cable 1100 volts grade continuity wire (connecting to earth dolly) & wiring shall be suitable for flame proof area as per STEC-7 for the Two light points controlled by one no,one way switch complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Sub main wiring alongwith 2 runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm as earth wire FRLS PVC insulated copper conductors, single core multistranded cable drawn through and including suitable size in rigid steel ERW conduit (stove enameled) 20 mm dia concealed as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The above mentioned specified runs of single core cables and specified runs of earth continuity conductors and the relevant conduit with accessories shall be measured as one run/unit length.

Supply and fixing 40/45W LED security light fitting flame proof, 240 volts AC, 50 Hz of new generation energy & environmental friendly long life verrsatile pressure dia cast aluminium IP 66 roadway luminaire with high power LEDs as light source and electronic driver, pre wired, complete with all necessary fittings and fixed on wall with including suitable dia bend shape GI pipe light grade of length not less than 1.2 metre with 02 Nos FI 32x6 mm clamps nut & bolts etc. complete all as specified & directed. Make :Crompton model 5000K ANSI BIN, Cat NO FWL 1315-40-CDL/HB LE or equivalant make of Philips/Crompton Greaves/Havells.

Supply and fixing, flame proof MCB SPN 25 Amp, 10KA rupturing capacity class-C (ISI marked, IS- 8828) of above mentioned type and rating and fixing in DBs complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, Fix and connecting totally enclosed CMRI Certified LED flameproof wellglass suitable for Gas Group of IIA & IIB and Zone 1 & 2. Die Cast Aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass / dome glass / external reflector 40W including matching control gears and lamp complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat Part No. FWL1315-40-CDL/ HB lamp of Crompton Greaves or equivalent model of Flexpro/Suddhir switch gear/Baliga as approved.

Supply & Fix LED Flame proof tube light fitting CMRI certified 2x20W LED Tube light fixture complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size of Cat Part No. EXTN2LT8-16/20 lamp of crompton Greaves or equivalent model of Flexpro/Suddhir switch gear/Baliga as approved.

Supply and fixing, flame proof MCB Single pole 6 Amp, 10KA rupturing capacity class-C (ISI marked, IS-8828) and fixing in DBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of approved earth (soil) and forming embankment in road work including raising(lowering) earth (soils), spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The earth shall be brought from outside MoD land by contractor on his own arrangement . Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of this. (ii) The earth shall be approved by GE. The contractor will also intimate about the source from where he intends to bring the approved earth. AGE shall visit and verify the same. (iii) Measurement of finished compacted earth (Finished Embankment) shall only be done for purpose of payment of this item.

M & L Ductile iron fittings,IS-9523 marked viz bends, tapers, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle / radius and straight connecting pieces, flanged / socket and spigot ends, size of pipe upto 100 - 200 mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fix, connect and test sluice valve of size 100mm and 1.0 PN class, cast iron body with forged brass spindle, non rising type and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged, IS-14846 marked, complete with neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber and brick masanary in CM 1:6 of size 90cm x 60cm x 100cm (internal dimensions) with 15cm thick PCC foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded stone agreegate) 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6, 3mm thick MS sheet cover including 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle iron frame fixed in PCC coping, using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agreegate) with necessary locking arrangement and pointed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces including necessary excavation and earth work in any type soil returning and filling in and ramming and removal of surplus soil upto a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of existing 150/200mm bore CI pipe in position for inserting new tee, branches,sluice value etc including provision of required new tee, CI/DI special etc along with 03 Nos of run lead joints required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for tyton joints 100mm bore DI pipe K-7 all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply, connecting up, testing and commissioning LED street light fitting, suitable for 45 watt LED lamp complete with standard fittings including provision of mounting bracket made of suitable size of bore (or higher size to suit the opening of fitting) medium grade GI pipe of 1.5 metre long along with mild steel clamps - 02 Nos made out of FI 32 x 6 mm matching with top section of pole and connecting up with street light feeder with 2 runs of 1.50 sqmm three core PVC insulated but unsheathed , weather proof, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from street light fitting to junction box / sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cat Part No. LSTS-45-CDL-1 of Crompton Greaves or equivalent model of HPL/Havells/Phillips/C&S/Helonix as approved.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made thermoplastic cable junction box, IP protection not less than IP-65 certified weather and vermin proof with terminals for outdoor installation (with Knockouts for cable entry) of size 205x255x12 mm depth with cable entry size of 10-25 sqmm with terminal complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Hansel Cat Part No. KF-2525G or of equivalent make as approved.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing factory made and tested (includng CPRI IP - 54 type test certified) LT panel box (KIOSK) out door type platform mounted suitable for 415 volt , 3 phase, 4 wire , 50 Hz AC supply system all as specified and directed having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium bus bars 200 amps rating installed on porcelain insulators, the panel shall be dust and vermin proof double door made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet outer & inner 2 mm thick and individual compartment for MCCB/MCB & volt/Amps meter and 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron for base frame work.The complete feeder pillar box should be powder coated including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables appropriate size but not less than 4 Sqmm. Front opening type with approx for cable entry with double door shutter including locking arrangement as per manufacturers with 2 Keys including comprising the provision of the followings :- Incoming (a) MCB TPN- 32 Amps - 01 No. (b) Bus bar Al TPN 200 Amps - 01 Set. Outgoing:- (a) MCB TPN - 16 Amps - 03 Nos Note: Panel shall be mounted on 2' height PCC platform as directed by Engineer- in-Charge. Unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to be included this provision.

AREA DRAINAGE M&L for continuous brick edging with width equal to length of the fly ash brick bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

FIRE ALARM Supply and fixing of manually operated hooter of 1 Km range and including suitable PCC foundation/stand complete all as specified and directed.
