S & F submain wiring with 2 single core (FRLS) PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded flexible copper conductor cable, of 4.0 Sqmm and one single core 4.0 Sqmm flame retardent low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, flexible copper cable as earthing lead , all as per IS 694/1990 drawn through including concealed in brick masonary PVC conduit and conduit accessories heavy duty ISI marked, providing Copper cable sockets plate/ bottle type of adequate size at termination end of cable point wiring in DBs, switch boards, fittings fixtures all as specified and as directed all as specified a Note :- ( Two runs of main copper wire, one run of earth wire cable & PVC conduit shall be measured together as one length).

S & F PVC rigid non-metallic flexible conduit ISI marked of dia 20 mm dia inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows reducers, junction box etc and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, etc for telephone cable , TV cable and public address system including where required all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge duly concealed in wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of high-quality, durable material suitable for hot water applications 2 feet PVC connection for geyser, including all necessary fittings such as appropriate joints, couplings, or elbows as required for the installation, connections, and accessories including complete installation, testing, and making good of the site directed by Engineer-in- Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sheet metal Enclosure with socket plug top and MCBs Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps, 240 Volts 50 Hz all as specified Engineer-in- Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS ,with multistranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts for one 3 pin socket outlet plug point,20 Amps independent grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit including all accessories, Metal flush box of suitable module, with earth dolly, covered with twin colour (specified by Engr-in- Charge)modular white cover plate & frame after chasing in brick masonry walls etc for accomodating modular switches, sockets, regulators etc including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 4 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to earth dolly, providing Copper cable sockets plate/ bottle type of adequate size at termination end of cable point wiring in DBs, switch boards, fittings fixtures all as specified and as directed.

M&L including dismantling glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600 x 300 x 7mm / 450 x 300 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete, all as specified.
