Dismantling the damaged PCC 1:4:8 including all cost and convenyance at materials to site and all labours charges etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm ISS size HBG metal from approved Quality including all cost of materials of site all Labour charges and conveyance etc., complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with Double charged Vitrified tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

Dadooring the walls with glazed square tiles of 150mm x 150mm x 6mm of the following colour set in cement mortar 1:2 ( one cement two sand) with white cement @ 0.4Kg/m2 neatly in all floors as directed etc., complete

Supplying and fixing of MS iron door with iron angles including all cost and conveyance all materials to the site and all labour charges etc. complete

Painting two coats with approved interior and exterior emulsion paint over cement plastered wall surfaces, ceiling and other new surfaces including Cleaning preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats with best quality enamel paint over Old iron work including all cost of material and labour charges etc, complete

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm PVC unsheated SC.alu.cable of 1100V grade with sutable PVC riged pipe on wall and ceiling with accessories and TW switch box and 5A F.T Switch in flush withwall 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the Concealed portion with painting of sutable colour and continues earthwire connection of 19 SWG TC wire for Concealed PVC light point /Fan point (SD 1)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm PVC unsheated SC.alu.cable of 1100V grade with sutable PVC riged pipe Concealed on wall and ceiling with accessories and in flush with wall with 150mm X 100mm x113mm TW switch box and 5A F.T Switch in flush withwall 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the Concealed portion with painting of sutable colour and continues earthwire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for Concealed PVC Plug Point (SD 38)
