Providing and laying 03 mm thick self levelling Epoxy resin flooring system of Xchem Polymer/ Enipoxy / RBS TECH or as approved by EIC as per the following method for ganways paintings, line paintings, shop paintings etc as required 1.Surface Preperation: (a)The entire surface to be treated should be clean and devoid of any foreign material which may effect the bonding of the Epoxy flooring. A heavy duty Floor grinder to be used to remove all/any existing paint epoxy to expose the original slab/floor (b) After the Grinding the entire surface should be made devoid of any dust, preferably with a vacuum cleaner/Blower including floor repairs with Epoxy Mortar, wherever required as per site requirement including cost of materials, labour, wastages, transportation, cartages, T&P etc, as required for proper completion of the work, all complete at any height/depth, as per specificaion of CPWD, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2. Epoxy Primer Application: On the well prepared surface apply Epoxy Primer @ 100-125gms depending on the sustrate and porosity. Allow it to dry, including cost of materials, labour, wastages, transportation, cartages, T&P etc, as required for proper completion of the work, all complete at any height/depth, as per specificaion of CPWD, drawing, and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3.Providing and Laying 2 mm epoxy Self Levelling Screed Mix the entire contents of screeding with a Slow Speed Drill (350- 400RPM) with paddle arrangement.On the well treated primed surface apply Self levelling Epoxy Screed to a thickness of 02mm with a Notch trowel and spread evenly on the entire surface. Once laid, use a spike roller and Roll the surface with a back and forth motion .This activity will help remove any entrapped air from the system, including cost of materials, labour, wastages, transportation, cartages, T&P etc, as required for proper completion of the work, all complete at any height/depth, as per specificaion of CPWD, drawing, and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Avoid excessive rolling as once material starts gelling, it may leave Spike Marks on the surface. Once done allow it to dry for min 24-48 Hours subject to ambient conditions.
