Providing and /skirting with PVC sheet 1.3 mm th. In approved make and shade including preparing the surface cleaning as required and applying adhesivecomplete all as per direction of Engineer-In -Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Providing and pasting Customized Wall paper with given designs, colors, and patterns etc complete as per direction of Engineer In-Charge

Providing and applying 0.8 mm lamination on Ward-robe as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board confirming to IS: 12823 grade I type II , in panneling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frame with CP brass/ stainless steel screw etc complete as per archtectural drawings and direction of Engineer-In -Charge. Prelaminated particle oard with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination in other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Replacing of cloth of cushion chair by removing of old cloth and fixing of new cloth etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (One chair cloth quantity approx 1.25 meter)

Removal of existing AC and reinstallation of same on other wall including PCB repair and gas top up as per direction of Engineer In charge.

Providing and fixing of pleated curtain cloth of shelf design superior quality of blackout fabric including cutting in required size & shape, fixing, eyelit ring, stiching etc complete as required and in any size, complete in all respect etc as per direction of engineer -In-Charge.

Providing glass self thickness 8mm of 5 Nos (size: 1feet x 1feet) in Wooden almirah as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing of sofa set(3+1+1) by replacement of old cloth (sitting, back , side and hand rail) and fixing of new sofa cloth, aster cloth etc. and tightening of the structure by screws, nails, etc. as required complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
