Replacement of old high wall type Air conditioners in control room at Chatham Power House, Port Blair

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

4 X 4 sq. mm + 2 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.(Drain pipes for IDU of AC)

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator).

6 way (4 + 18), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of MCB enclosure of sheet steel, phosphatisd,power painted MCB DB,s with Din rail ( in accordance with IS 1302, IS8623, IEC/BSEN 60439-3). Of 4 ways Havells CAT NO DHDESFP or equivalent

SITC of minimum 03 Ton capacity high wall type split air conditioner, Reciprocating Compressor, 3 Phase,415V) with minimum 10200 Watts cooling capacity MAKE: Blue star Model FMA36AAMUP3, or equivalent. (Condenser coil must be of copper .)

Providing and fixing of refrigerant copper pipes of following sizes (Suction & delivery) of split type AC i/c providing electrical cables, insulation, drain pipe, extra gas charging , cutting, drilling holes on the wall for passing gas pipes , fixing suitable size PVC pipe on the wall through the holes and cementing, painting to give an even look and smooth finish and covering with PVC non adhessive tape over the insulation of refrigerant pipes and as per the direction of E-in-C

Refrigerant pipes of Sizes 3/4" & 1/2"

Fabrication of stand/Pedestal for keeping the indoor/out door unit of split type AC of various capacity made of suitable size of M S Angle and painting with one coat of red oxide and paint as required.
