P&L neat cement slurry with CICO @ 2% of cement by weight including preparing the surface dust free by wire brush/brooms of existing roof and disposal of rubbish as per direction of engineer in charge. For all lead and lift complete in all respect.
P/L two coats of black rubberised water proof coating after cleaning the existing surface with wire brush. Surface should be free from dust. Loose particles. Oil & grease etc. Apply 1st coat over surface or RCC/Stone slab/Lime terrace and MS tanks etc. and apply 2nd coat after drying completely 1st coat (drying period 8 hours) complete in all respects as per manufecturers specifications.
Cleaning of roof at various locations with brooms, spade etc. including cleaning of rainwater spouts exists in specified roof to be attended, disposal of old leaf debris, rubbish etc away from roof site complete for all lead and lift as per direction of engineer in charge.
Punning, trimming & cutting of old big tree branches including disposal of unwanted shrubs, garbage & rubbish filled in top of adjoining wall for all lead & lift as per direction of engineer in charge.
Crack filling in masaledar lime cement with water proofing compound including jhiri.
Cutting jhiri (recess) below 75mmX 75 mm in wall etc. and making good.
Cutting jhiri above 75mm X 75 mm and below 150mm X 150 mm etc and making good.
