SCHEDULE "A" :

Item No 01:- Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02 :- Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc and making good disturbed ground (concrete pole) complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 :- Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : Demolition of cement concrete(Unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation & flooring (ramp portion of gate area)complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 06 : Boring holes 3.5 m deep in soil for under-reamed piles 300mm dia and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Cost of one no. under reaming upto 2.5 times dia of bore shall be deemed included in the quoted rate)

Item No 07 :- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 :- M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 09 : M&L for RCC design mix M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of testing of pile shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Item No 10: M&L for RCC design mix M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings, including attached pillasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed. (Note: construction joint should be made water/leakage proof by providing epoxy resin and injection grouting on construction joints in wall as per company instructions. Make: fosroc, podlite, sika etc. item to be paid seperatetly)

Item No 11 : M&L for RCC design mix M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span.complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 : M&L for RCC design mix M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns and gate pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 :- S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walkways, railings,frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 14 : M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 15 : M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends as in stirrups and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : M&L for PCC pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:2:4 Type- B1, using 20mm graded aggregates) in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 : M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 18 : M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : M&L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel' complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 :- M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel over 10 cm in width or girth and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 21 - S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Item No. 22 - S&F 600 mm dia(when unstreached) punched tape GI concertena coil, having 50 to 53 spiral turns per coil, dia 2.59mm of GI core wire with 0.5mm thick 19mm dia wide electro galvanised steel strip with width of barbs 11.5mm and pitch of barbs 25.4mm, with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 23 - Use & Waste of Form work to sides of pillars, posts, columns and stanchions for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 24 - Grubbing up tree trunk (girth of tree exc 30cm & not exc 100cm)including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 26 - Use & Waste of Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams;and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 27 : Use & Waste of Form work to sides of walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness, including attached pillasters and buttresses; vertical or to batter for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 28: Use & Waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 29 :- Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 30 :- Removal of excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Item No 31 : S&F UPVC pipe 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 32 : M&L for applying 2 coats solvent free epoxy resin modified with coal tar (nitocote ET 402 of fosroc or equivalent in sika, pidilite) on concrete surface at critical location to make it waterproof complete as per manufacturing instruction and directions complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 33: M&L for Providing and fixing of expansion joints with joint sealing systems with necessary backer rod, sealants, tapes, capping's, gaskets, etc., complete as per approved details/drawings. Tape Specifications. SmartCare TPE Tapes designed for water tightness of expansion joints. It is highly elastic system that allows variable and high levels of movement in more than one direction, whilst maintaining a high quality watertight seal. It shall be suitable for use in hot and tropical climatic conditions. Tape shall have properties of Tensile strength of >10 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, elongation at failure above 400% as per ASTM D412, Tear strength of 25 KN/m as per ASTM D 624, Shore A Hardness of 65 as per ASTM D 2240, Service temperature of range from -20°C to +80°C as per ASTM D 903, Adhesion by Epoxy-ToughX Adhesive @ 24 Hrs is 16.7 & (A/F). Alkali Resistant ≤ ±20% as per ASTM E 96, Vapour Diffusion Strength Co-efficient App. 30000 ±30% µ etc, complete as per the consultant approved drawings. Cover the tape with aluminium strip for protection complete all as specified and directed.
