Installation, testing and commissioning of inset approach/threshold/runway end light fitting upon runway i/c cutting the concrete/ bitumen pavement to required level with core cutting machine,installation the inset fitting with help of jigs,filling the bottom and side with sealant DOBEFIL 60/Hardner mixture,making connection with secondary lead to isolating transformers,levelling,alignment etc complete as required as per ICAO specification and and dismantled the existing light fixtures handed over to AAI store etc as per site requirement.

Providing & creating of earth pits using CPRI tested advanced chemical earth rod (ISOROD) made of k type copper tube of 2.5” dia, 10 fts long, 1.6 mm thick installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges, bends and top cover dully backfilled with ISOGEL earth enhancing compound of 20kgs. along with heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation & refilling etc as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 KA, 3 Phase Surge diverter with neutral protection in IP55 grade powder coated metal enclosure with 63 Amps safety circuit breaker, interconnection with copper cables, end terminations etc as required to be installed at the following Location at the main switch board panel in parallel mode at CCR panel.

Excavation for cable trenches of depth upto 1.2 m in soft soil including getting out the excavated soil and refilling or disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x 40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal/coke and salt complete as required .

Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.I wire in 15mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire along with UG cable in direct Ground/ HDPE/GI/DWC Pipe etc complete as required.
