Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete for 10 cum
Supplying & fabrication of steel screw gearing shutters of assorted sizes upto 2700mm width, as per the following specification. The skin plate shall be made out of 8mm MS plate of best quality. The steel stiffener on the rearside shall be made of ISMC 75x40mm. The stiffeners made of ISMC 75x40mm should be provided alround in the rearside and vertical & horizontal stiffeners should be provided at intervals not exceeding 300mm in either direction. A lifting lug is provided suitably and holes drilled and welded at the centre of the shutter for equilibrium. The welding shall be done as per standard procedures and the burr and slag shall be removed by grinding the top of welds. A good weld is as strong as the base metal. A suitable electrode shall be chosen and welded with a good welding equipment ar.d a trained welder. All non - metallic substances shall be removed in the weld joints before commencement of welding After welding, a thorough visual inspection shall be done for porosity, blowholes, unfused welds, unfilled craters, under cutting, burning & poor weld appearance, etc. Then all steel surfaces are cleaned of dirt, grease, oil, welding spatter, etc and then a coat of anticorrosive primer shall be given. After a curing period of 24 hours a coat of coal tar epoxy shall be given over which another coat shall be applied at an interval of 24 hours. Then the shutter shall be loaded, ransported to the site, unlcaded & erected as directed by the departmental officers. The cost includes cost of all materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheel, oxygen & acetylene gas, diesel & oil for generator, process charges like gas cutting, welding, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading,transport, erection, hire charges for equipments like chainpulley block, welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, power charges for generator, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, including cost of trial operation, inclusive of all taxes, warranty for 5 years, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying & fixing cf groove channel made out of ISMC 75x40 mm as per the following specification. The MS channel is cut to the required size and the edges ground as directed. Holdfasts of length 100mm and made of 35x35x5mm is welded to the edge of the groove channel at a c/c distance not exceeding 400mm. The welding is done procedures and the burr and slag is removed by grinding the top of welds. The groove channel is given a coat of Janticorrosive redoxide primer over which two coats of industrial anticorresive paint is applied at an interval of 24 hours between cach coat. The holdfasts to be encased in concrete should not be painted. During erection at site, holes Jare drilled per standard shutter. The masonary structure is verified for its verticality and suitably the grocve channel is fixed with concrete. The masonary is dismantled/broken to ensure that the groove channel is fixed properly so assure smooth operation of the concrete, with a impact concrete drilling machine, to accommedate the holdfasts en either side of the shutter. The cost includes cost of all materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheel, oxygen & acetylene gas, diesel & oil for generator, process charges like gas cutting, welding, labour charges for dismantling of masonary, petty civil works, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, hire charges for equipments like concrete impact drilling machine, power charges from generator, conveyance to site and clearing thom aftercomplotionofwork, inclusive of all taxes, warranty for 5 years, etc., complete as directed by thedepartmentalofficers.
Supplying and Fabrication of CI headset with wormnul hoist comprising of a screw rod made of 50mm MS Rod of length 1400 mm. The threaded portion shall be 1000mm with 25mm pitch. The screw rod shall be connected to the shutter. Wormnut hoist to suit 50mm screw rod shall be provided. The worm wheel shall be made of gun metal with 130min OD with 30teeth x 12.5mm circular pitch. Thrust ball bearings should be provided on either side of the worm wheel. Oil seal of size 30x47x10 shall be provided on either side of the worm shaft. A cast iron cover shall be provided over the whole arrangement. MS Worm 50mm ID & 25mm pitch double thread shall be provided. Thrust ball bearing 5111 G shall be provided on either side of worm. The cost includes cost of all materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheels, oxygen & acetylene gas, diesel & oil for generator, process charges like gas cutting. welding, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, hire charges for equipments like chainpulley block, welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, power charges for generator, conveyance tosite and clearing them after completion of work, including cost of trial operation, inclusive of all taxes,etc., watranty for 5 years, complete as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying & Fixing of top beam made out of ISMB 150x75mm as per the following specification. ISMB 150x75mm shall be cut to proper size and ground at the edges for a square finish. Holes of dia 18mm shall be drilled suitably to laccommodate the appropriate capstan head assembly. Two beams shall be provided parallel to each at an appropriate distance depending on the size of capstan head assembly to be used. To maintain the distance between the beams. spacers made of MS angle/channel shall be welded firmly. 40x6mm MS flat shall be welded between the parallel beams at a distance of 50mm from either edge of the beams. The welding shall be done as per standard procedures and the burr and slag shall be removed by grinding the top of welds. A hole of dia 22mm drilled at the centre of this flat to accommodate 20mm dia foundation bolt. The top beam shall be given a coat of anticorrosive zinc rich primer over which two coats of coal tar epoxy shall be applied at an interval of 24 hours between each coat. The foundation u bolt shall be made with 20mm MS rod threaded at one end to a height of 100mm and another MS rod of length of 100mm shall be welded perpendicular to the 20mm rod for fixing into the masanory structure. The foundation bolts are fixed properly to the masonary with concrete and then the top beam assembly shall be erected with the foundation bolts. The cost includes cost of all materials, cost of consumables like welding rods, grinding wheel, oxygen & acetylene gas, diesel & oil for generator, process charges like gas cutting, welding, labcur charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, hire charges for equipments like chainpulley block, welding machine, cutting set, grinding machine, power charges for generator, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work, including cost of trial operation, inclusive of all taxes, warranty for 5 years, etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete mix M-25 grade in accordance with IS: 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contnt of 350Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.5, including admixture (Plastciser / super plasticisr) in recommended proportions as per I :9103 to acceelerate, reard setting of concrete, impove workability without impairing trength and durability with about(5.0cum) 7730 Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum) 5156 Kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 Kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and abricating charges, centring and shuttrin and also including laying, vibratingwith mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers,. The coarseand fine aggregates to be used should comply with th requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).
Supplying and erecting Centering including necessary supports for plance surgaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, lplinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc., which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10 cm x 6.5cm spaced at abouut 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifaction. ( Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and fixing of Weep Holes using 75 mm Dia PVC pipes (6.00 Kg per sqcm)
