Consumption of cement will not be less than 320 Kg of cement with super plasticiser per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix foumula. Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) (b) Two Coats i) Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer [Ref. PWD Bldg, Page-195, Item-7(b)i]

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer In Ground floor (Two Coat) a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion [Ref. Charges for temporary disconnection of the supply line and making direct connection on temporary basis by supplying all necessary materials to complete the job

Labour Charges for dismanting one end of existing pipeline with feruls and washing, cleaning and refitting same old pipe line including cutting pipe, making connection & fitting necessary accesorries, specials as per requirement complete in all respect as per direction with mending good all damages after testing commissioning for smooth water supply including supplying necessary materials as per direction of EIC. The item includes the cost of fitting fixing of the tanks and making interconnection of the same as per direction of the EIC.
