Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, nuts, screws etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including writing MES LT pole and blue reflector strips with synthetic enamel paint (first grade/ quality) complete all as specified and as directed.
