PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN OTM ACCNS UNDER GROUP III AND VII AT RMS

M&L for applying one coat of white wash on old decorated wall surfaces including removing of grass, creepes, vegetation growth etc including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of white wash on old ceiling surfaces etc including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall & applying one coat of cement base paint upto 3 to 4 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on old plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of cement primer upto 3 to 4 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement on old plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment of old decorated surfaces of wall applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over coat of wall care putty(1.5mm thick in two layers) to obtain smoothness of wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement including taking down old plasters from its position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling/RCC work at any position(upto 3 storey building) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plasters complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, upto 3 storey building including necessary scaffolding, using water proofing compound @ 3% of cement content, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plasters from its positions complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Wpc will be measured and paid separately.
