Cleaning of sewage lines of 100 mm to 200 mm bore pipe using split bamboo with a gunny bag piece tied with bamboo with binding wire and inserting the bamboo in sewage lines through manhole/gully trap/Nahani trap until clear flow of sewage is observed complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked water closet by flushing with water and cleaning of soil pipe upto first manhole, cleaning WC Pan and flushing cistern with water complete all as directed.

Cleaning of Manholes with spades and bucket, taking out sludge from manhole and disposed off aside by burying the entire sludge under ground in a pit of suitable size by putting earth mixed with rubbish in it and spreading bleaching powder surrounding the pit. Again use water with bucket and put into manhole to clear the sludge and ensure the sludge is drained out completely. Depth of manhole n. exc 1.00 metre each. Note :- Cost of earthwork in excavation for borrowing the pit and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

All as per item No 3.00 here-in-before but depth of manhole exceeding 1.00 metre but n.exc 2.00 metre complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new pipe, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), finished and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 160mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5.00 here in above but internal dia of pipe 110.00 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering and taking out/sucking out sludge, waste/foreign materials from Septic Tanks and soakage wells using mechanical pump (Sewer suction machine with mobile transporter of capacity 2000 Ltr approx) and disposal of waste outside MoD land at designated dumping locations complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: For purpose of payment, a full load of sewer suction machine with mobile tanker of capacity 2000 Ltrs including transporting and diposal to designated dumping location shall be measured as one unit.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth for foundation etc and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25 cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus exacavated material (soil) to distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
