ROAD WORK 1 to 8 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , breaking clods , watering ,rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller , or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (Payment will be made based on level measurement).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision - by plant mix method for grading I material.

Providing , laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layer by manual means in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density - Using vibratory roller.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision).

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant of capacity not less than 40 -60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 507.7 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, to achieve the desired compaction. - using grade II metal and bitumen 60/70 grade.

providing and laying bituminous concrete with HMP of capacity not less than 40 to 60 TPH using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 509 of MoRTH specification, 4th Revision, complete in all respects - Using grade-II material.- Bitumen 60/70

CONSTUCTION OF RETAINING WALL 9 to 18 Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structure as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work – by mechanical means - depth upto 3m (Ordinary soil).

Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Providing and fixing UPVC pipes (Working pressure 4Kg / sqm) –single socketed 110mm dia including cutting and fixing charges. The rate includes all taxes.

Disposal of unserviceable materials like debris, scarified road material, building material etc from the site within an average lead upto 10Km. The rate including incidental charges and loading charges on the PWD yard / road side, low lying area etc, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The disposal point should be identified by the contractor itself).
