Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard/dence soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil.

Returning filling in hard/dense soil incl spreading, levelling, watering, and well ramming in layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soils n. Exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fdn filling and mass concrete complete.

M&L for Brick work using old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work in half brick thick wall using old size burnt clay bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

Shotcreting 25MM thick in RCC columns, beams and slabs and Chajja etc in layers with approved design mix (minimum cement content of 350 Kg/Cum on M-25) concrete having the specified minimum characterristic compressive strength (with ordinary protland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria) including the cost of certering and shuttering at edges and corners etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including Chipping of unsound /weak concrete material 25 mm average thickness with mannual chisel and /or standred power driven percussion cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc. including removal of rust by applying approved rust removal chemical & the coating with Dr Fixit epoxy zinc primer@ 6sqm/ltr at DFT of 100microns as per specifications and disposal of debries for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including the following items as under :- (a) S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric minimum 2.50Kg/Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including nails and mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. (c) M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling.
