M&L for Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even & smooth, as in floors/ Hardstabding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, as in plinth protection, and joints shall be sealed with joint sealing comound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finished even & rough, as in sub floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 25mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with or without water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- WPC measured & paid separately under respective item.

Supply only water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coat of white wash on old Ceiling surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 8.5 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coat of white wash on old wall surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 8.5 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coats of interior acrylic distemper/oil bound distemper on old ceiling surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces, for height not exceeding 8.5 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old PQC surfaces of taxi track/links/shelters/runway and the like, including preparation of surfaces by mechanised sander having RPM of min. 1200 having vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of six/four shades, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for One coat of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on old PQC surfaces of taxi track/links/shelters/runway and the like, including preparation of surfaces by mechanised sander having RPM of min. 1200 having vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of six/four shades, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 14 to 17 (i) Entire quantity of material for this work shall be procured by the contractor from manufacturer's Depot & deposit the same with Enginer-in-Charge and same shall be issued to contractor on daily basis as per consumption at site. (ii) The work shall be got executed through paint manufacturer/ authorised applicators of manufacturer's as specified in relevent PS clause. (iii) RGB value of four shades of disruptive/camouflaging pattern shall be all as shown on Drg No. GE/SK-1/19 sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

Uprooting tree/plants upto 30 cm girth from wall or any part of building upto double storey buildings completly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, making good the disturbed portion and filling holes in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to match with existing surfaces and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work 200 mm thick in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 45 kg / Sq.cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre including necessary from work and bull nosing, rounding off edges finish by brooming / belting etc. laid in single layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Supplying and Laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 Gm/Sqm having tack coarse sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and transverse joints as minimum 300mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming 8-12 mm wide and 25 mm deep construction Joints in rigid pavements by using polyurethane joint sealent (minimum depth 13 mm) after priming the vertical surface twice @ 0.075 litre (minimum) approved primer per square metre sealed flush to a level of 2-3 mm below the top of the adjacent pavement and provision of 10 mm dia polyurethene foam closed cell backup rod complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming to obtain optimum moisture condition to the specified percentage of standard proctor density not less than 95 percent and finishing to required size & shape as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for height : -

Not exceeding 1.5 metre high from base

Exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3 metre high from base

Exceeding 3 metre but not exceeding 4.5 metre high from base

Exceeding 4.5 metre but not exceeding 6 metre high from base

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO 22 : - (i) Quoted rates shall include the cost of earth / soil to be brought from out side MoD land. (ii) Removing boulders / lumps of size 75mm and above by screening the soil before filling in traverse.

DISMANLING/DEMOLITION WORKS

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete (PQC) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, with rock breaker or compressor breaker pin complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Ulmost care to be taken not to distrub adjacent pavement slab while cutting / dismantling slab.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed

NOTE : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline. (ii) (ii) The work services are of maint nature and contractor or his accredited representive to attend the office of concerned JE to obtain the day to day complaints in daily basis and ensure rectification within 48 hrs. Otherwise non compliance of complaints within said hours or delay a recovery will be effected Rs. 1000 per complaint from RAR and final bill and record will be maintained in the sub division
