DEV OF A SITE RO PM
Installation of Corporation supplied Standard Submersible Turbine Pump on the existing Manhole Cover as per drawing and direction of Engineer in Charge
Supply and fixing Pressure Vacuum Valves of 2 inches for fixing to the Vent Pipes of Underground MS tanks. The valve should be in cl osed position at normal operating pressure of the tank. The Valve shall be capable for activation at set pressure of 3" ± 0.5 water column to release excess pressure of tank to the atmosphere and open at vacuum of 8" ± 2.0 water column to induce the atmosphere pre ssure to the tank. PV valve should be diaphragm of dead weight or spring loaded type or combination of any. The weight of the PV va lve shall not exceed 2.0 kg. top of the valve shall be provided with cover/cap/ weather hood to prevent the entry of rain water. Val ve material,Cover and adopter shall be of Aluminium/polypropylene, diaphragm if used should be of Neoprene, O ring should be of rub ber/neoprene, Net/Mesh Pressure puppet ,Vacuum puppet,screws and spring should be of stainless steel. Suitable adopter with one end fitted with valve and the other end should have threading for fixing on Vent pipe of 40mm. PV valves shall have: UL 842 certificatio n of CARB approval or test certificate from any Govt.lab. PV valve shall have PESO approval.
Supplying & Filling fresh water in the underground tank (10/15/20/50/ 70KL) to avoid floating of the tanks during monsoon, etc. as d irected.
Cleaning of 5/15/20/50/70 KL Tank complete in all respects as per direction of site Incharge.
iii) Cleaning 20KL Tank in all respects as per direction of site I/c.
Loading/unloading charges for 10/15/20/ 50/70 KL tanks.

Supply and Fixing of Discrete LED (Light Emitting Diode) Tube lights of 18 Watt, having IP65 protection class with Pressure Die Cast Aluminium housing & with Polycarbonate diffuser of approved make or equivalent as per direction of Engineer in charge. The LED shal l be operating under voltage range of 140-270V with power factor more than 0.9. CCT(Correlated Colour temperature) shall be 5700 Kel vin (5665 K +/- 355 K), CRI (Colour rendering index) not less than 65. LED efficacy should be minimum 100 lumens/watt. The driver sh all be of constant volt & constant current type with internal surge protection. Each lot of Fittings shall have serial numbers and a ccompany LM79 / IS 16106 test reports and reference/batch nos of LEDs and fittings for verification at site. The supply of LED light ing shall be covered by a warranty of at least 72 months from the date of supply of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Luminarie etc.
Supply and Installation of 16 SWG MS/GI powder coated weather proof Earthing Box of following size with door and locking arrangement with lock and key. Box to be mounted on ISA 40x40x5 (Painted with black synthetic enamel paint) frame having 2 legs of length 800 m m (500 mm above ground and 300 mm below ground which is to be grouted with PCC 1:2:4). Bottom of box should have opening for incomin g earth GI strips all complete, as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: EARTHING BOX in RED should be boldly written over the box. PANEL BOARDS AND DISTRIBUTION BOARDS Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type power and motor control centre panel fabricated out of 14 SWG sheet steel undergone 7 tank process,dust & vermin proof, floor mounting type, suitable for indoor us e having cable entry from the bottom and having following specific components complete, control wiring etc. as per enclosed standard drawing. Any other components/hardware required to complete the panels but not mentioned here shall also be provided. Note: Both in comers should have mechanical interlock for proper & safe operation. The MCCB used for incomer feeder shall have short circuit, over load and earthfault protection and also shunt coil for ESD operation. The Bus Bar support shall be DMC/ SMC/Epoxy moulded. All equip ment/components shall be mounted logically to have free access for maintenance, tightening of connections & visual inspection. All t he metering equipment shall be Digital & mounted on the panel and size of meter shall be 96 mm x 96 mm. The Bus Bar shall be provide d with heat shrunk PVC sleeves & all power terminals shall be stud type with properly shrouding to avoid accidental contact. Neopren e type gasket shall be provided at the doorof the panel. The enclosure of the Panel shall have IP52 degree of protection. 2 Nos eart h terminal shall be provided at the Panel frame with extension link for earthing connections. Painting:The under surface shall be pr epared by applying a coat of phosphate paint and coat of yellow zinc chromate primer. The under surface shall be made free from all imperfections before undertaking the finishing coat. After preparation of the under surface, the switchboard shall be spray painted with two coats of epoxy based final paint or shall be powder coated. Colour shade of final paint shall be RAL 7032.

The maxi mum operating pressure shall be 7Kg/sq.cm. Note: The make of HDPE Pipe should be CCOE approved. Pressure testing shall be done befor e the final backfilling. The civil works for installation viz. excavation, sand filling & back filling etc. shall be paid seperatel y. All metallic parts in the piping system shall be grounded as per the requirements of EN14125.

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for al uminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.
Providing and fixing aluminium tubular handle bar 32 mm outer dia, 3.0 mm thick & 2100 mm long with SS screws etc. complete as per d irection of Engineer-in-Charge.
i) Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium tubular handle bar
Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket e tc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be pa id in basic item):

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or w ith fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions,at top, bottom & sides with w ith required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanical ly wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws includin g fixing all complete as per drawing & the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, sills, facias, Pump Island & similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding & polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
