Removal/cutting, uprooting of wild growth, unwanted trees etc. from wall surface, chhajjas, Parapets of residential buildings with scaffolding at any height including supply of all labour, materials, T&P etc. all complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. (Considering 6 Qtrs. as a block). (Excluding GST).

Dismantling and removing the following damaged items with required staging, scaffolding, cleaning the debrises including all leads & lifts, transportation with supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Excluding cost of GST.

Drilling holes for fixing reinforcement bars of required diameter & length (up to 12 mm dia ) by rotary drills or any approved method ,cleaning the holes by blow out pump and with round brushes ,grouting the reinforcement bars with approved anchoring adhesive with suitable anchoring adhesive resins including supply of all materials, labour,hire and running charges of equipments T&P, taxes etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.

P.C.C(1:4:8) of using 40mm. & down H.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope compacting, curing, watering charges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC. (For all floors)

Brick work in Fly ash Bricks of size 25cmx12cmx8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² with C.M (1:6) including splay/cutting, racking out the joints curing, hoisting, staging at any height with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, transportation charges, curing etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For all floors)

12mm. thick polymer modified plaster with CM(1:4) to roof ceiling balcony drops, other R.C.C. surfaces bydismantling the spalling concrete,cleaning the rusted bars with nail brush and coated with rust proof chemicals and quick adhesive to Concrete surface including scaffolding, curing, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (All floors) Excluding cost of GST. N.B:(i) Purchase invoice must be produced by the Agency for payment purpose. (ii) Photo copy of (pre,on & post) work must be submitted for payment purpose.

12 MM thick Cement plaster with cement mortar (1:4) proportion, over brick work including racking out the joints, finished smooth to the exposed surface, rounding the corners wherever found necessary including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, watering, curing, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.G. chips forall floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality mixing, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing with cost and supply of all materials, labour,T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel rebar of minimum grade Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour,materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all completebut excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering for roof slab,landing,chajja etc made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and de shuttering and removing the same after due period over with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

Taking out doors and windows shutters from existing Place and refix after necessary repair with supply of necessary screw, hinges ,other fittings along with all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. as required for the work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding the cost of GST)

Window/Ventilator

Providing, supplying, fitting, fixing of M.S. grills/M.S plate for shed of approved quality & design including fabrication charges, with supply of labour and material,machinery, cost of fuel, electrode, gas, consumables hire and running charges of all kind ofequipments,taxes,tollages etc all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up Alluminium window (Fixed type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as window fram, section No. 4095, 4096 & 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including supply of all materials,fittings, all taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus,Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, removing the flakes and applying uniformly two coats of paints with a time interval of minimum 24 hrs including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes,transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding the cost of GST)

Distempering two coats of approved quality and shade to New work including cleaning, brushing, the old paint, removing the flakes and finishing with smooth the wall surface by applying plaster of paris or wall putty as and where required, sand papering the same before applying paints including cost & supply of all material labours, T&P scaffoldings, taxes etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer in charge.

One coat Priming with water bound cement primer manufactured by reputed manufacturer of approved make & shade over the old wall surface / newly plastered surface after scraping, cleaning the old surface and removing the flakes by brushing with nail brush, washing the old paint surface and make an even finished surface at all heights including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes,transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding the cost of GST)

Painting two coats with approved quality & shade enamel wood paint on new wood work / old wood work over one coat of primer including scraping, cleaning, the old paint surface by sand papering, filling the holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation, charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST)

Painting one coat with approved quality & shade enamel paint on old iron work over one coat of red oxide primer including scraping,cleaning, the old paint surface by sand papering, filling the holes with wax putty etc. all complete including cost and supply of all materials, labour,T&P, all taxes, transportation charges, staging, scaffolding, etc. all complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

40mm. (av) thick graded cement concrete in C.C.(1:2:4) using 12mm. to 6mm. size hard granite chips of approved quality including cleaning the roof top, washing and applying 2 coats of sika topseal-107 or equivalent as waterproofing course and leaving the roof top for minimum 06 hours and laying the mixture on the prepared surface in proper slope and gradient with mixing, hoisting ,laying in proper slope & gradient making round hunching at the corners, joints, finished smooth to exposed surface with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollagetransportations, curing, etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (excluding Gst)

Providing and applying single component UV resistant cold applied liquied Polyurethane water proofing membrane of approved make in two coats over the exposed roof surface that should provide a seamless ,smooth ,water proof finish with excelent crack bridging properties and resistant against the accumulated rain water , all complete for all floors with supply of all materials , labour , T&P ,taxes tollage ,royalty ,transportation charges etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineering -In -charge. ( Excluding cost of GST) N.B: (i)The Item shall be executed by authorised applicator of product manufacturer and as per the technical data sheet. (ii) 10% of the executed amount will be kept withheld as performence security and it will be released after sucessfully completion of 03 ( three ) years.

Supplying the air compressor 170/250 cfm for cleaning the roof surface ,collecting the debrises and the spillage materials ,disposing the same within 50m lead with supply of all labour, T&P, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes, including leads& lifts transportation& disposing at specified place transport,hire & running charges of machinaries,operator expences with all fees,etc.as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Numbering of Qtrs. with approved colour & shade with specified size of letters etc.with supply of all materials , labour , T&P ,taxes tollage ,royalty ,transportation charges etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineering -In -charge. ( Excluding cost of GST) (For all floors).
