Repairs to plasters of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 Sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joint and preparing the surface of the walls comlete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 mt lead with cement mortor (1:4) mix.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles (300x300 mm) of 1st qualiting in the bothrooms of approved make laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortor (1:4) including filling of joints.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed wall tiles (300x450 mm) of 1st qualiting in the bothrooms of approved make laid on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortor (1:3) including filling of joints.
