B/R Portion:-Taking down cement plaster from stone/brick walls including raking out joints for keys and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smoothe surface without using extra cement on ceiling, chajja in double storey building etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on wall upto double storey buildings etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 mixed finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on wall upto double storey buildings etc complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces in painting with combination of five colours on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing New plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removing of existing treatment and preparing plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as directed.
