Providing and laying dry stone soling in horizontal level including cost of stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Crushed.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) 20mm nominal size. Crushed

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations footings , bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and complete. 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Crushed.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required diameter and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Second class kail wood.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, window and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. First class kail wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of engineer- in charge.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New work (two or more coats).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix. 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Crushed.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand . : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. Crushed.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G. I limpet washers or with G. I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins , rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape where ever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 27 5gm/m2
