Supply, installation and commissioning of Hydraulic press.Purpose- For making products in the sheet form by applying pressure and temperature Type-Fix frame type machine Machine capacity-200 tons Platen size(Lower & Upper) - 1200 (L) x 600 mm (B) with thickness ranging between 50 – 100 mm Working height - 1000 mm Maximum Working temperature- Ambient to 200oC Maximum hydraulic line pressure- 180 Bars Heater- Appropriate number of heaters positioned in each plate for uniform heating. Provision should be provided for cooling as well Dwell time (or) Plate engaging time / Retention time/ Pressure holding time-5 sec to 30 mins with option to control the time. Approach speed, Pressing speed & Return speed- Approach Speed: Provision to vary up to 8 mm/sec Processing speed: Provision to vary up to 15 mm/sec Return Speed: Provision to control up to 90 mm/sec Material of Construction- Appropriate corrosion resistant material Ram Size- Appropriate size Electric Motor- Motor of appropriate capacity from reputed brands such as Crompton, Siemens etc. Pump- Double Pump Oil tank capacity-400 Liters Pressure Gauges & Valves-From reputed brands Necessary accessories- Oil Level Indicator, Air Breather, Suction Strainer, oil pipe, PCM, Oil tank & manifold block, hydraulic fitting, oil level indicator, seal, rod, hydraulic cylinder from reputed brands. Mode of Operation- Fully automatic with PLC and Human Machine Interface (HMI). Provision should also be provided for manual mode of operation Control Panel- The control panel should have safety features and all necessary buttons and switches such as Push Button, Lamps, Limit Switch, Foot Switch, Power Contactors & Control Contactors, Switch Gear, Overload Relays, MCB Relays etc. Dies- Dies of the following sizes are required for making the sheets using hydraulic press. LXBXH: (1) 30 cm X 30cm X 0.5cm (2) 50cm X 50cm X 0.5cm (3) 30cm X 30cm X 1cm (4) 50cm X 50cm X 1cm (5) 30 cm X 30cm X 0.2cm (6) 100 cm X 50cm X 0.2cm (7) 50 cm X 50cm X 0.2cm Damping provisions- Appropriate vibration damping needs to be provided Warranty- 1 year Others- Supply, installation and commissioning has to be done by the firm
