M & L for ceramic, coloured tiles 8 to 10mm thick as in skirting/ dado/ vertical surface to match the length of floor tile procured under No 30 above including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic, coloured tiles, 300X600mm, 7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces of wall/dado/steps including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut sadarahalli granite stone slab, self finished, 18 to 20mm thick laid and and jointed in grey neat cement slury and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of the stone slab including providing 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including rubbing, grinding, polishing complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut sadarahalli granite stone slab as in skirting/dado/vertical surfaces, self finished, 18 to 20mm thick laid and and jointed in grey neat cement slury and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of the stone slab including providing 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 including rubbing, grinding, polishing complete all as directed.

M & L for Providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, filling gap between roof sheet and wall and the like including necessary formwork.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer (10mm + 5mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound at top 5mm thick layer by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

M & L Rendering 20mm thick on faces of stone masonry in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
