SPECIAL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF 500 KVA TRANSFORMER WITH 315 KVA TRANSFORMER AT AF STN SONEGAON NAGPUR

Supply,installation,testing & commessioning (Outdoor type) Transformer of capacity 315KVA, 11KV/415Volts(at no Load) BEE, Energy efficiency Level 3,AC 3Phase ,50Hz core type Double Copper wound ,immersed ,naturally cooled ,oil natural ,Air natural(ON/AN) with external cooling tubes delta connection on primery side(HV) and star connection on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-II with Neutral broughtout on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at (-) 2.5% & (+) 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated OFF load tap changer gear.The maximum temprature rise should not exceeded 40degree celeius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temprature of 40 degree celsius as per IS 1180 including painting with epoxy paint complete.Transformer shall comprises of the following:-

(a) HT side (primary side) consisting of three Nos epoxy bushing with copper rods complete with nut & washers HT bushing suitable for outdoor mounting transformer 11000 volts grade.

(b) One cable box LT side (secondary side Consisting of four Nos epoxy in bushing complete with nut & washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable of suitable size complete.

(c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge coplete.

(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent(silica gel)

(e) Explosive vent & thermometer pocket on tank cover oil level gauge ,Oil level gauge ,oil drain filter valve lifting lugs oil filiing hold with cap/plug with connection plate complete Air release valve plug and four Nos solid cas(steel detachable rollers)

(f) One 100MM dia ,dial type thermometer ,vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temprature reading indicator with re-setting device.

(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6MM earth strip for earthing of neutral & body.

(h) rating plate and terminal making plate.

(j) Extra bushing for Neutral in the LT cable box providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

(k) First filling of new & unused transformer oil as per IS-335 marked filtered and tested upto 55KV dielectric strength at 2.5MM air gap between testing electrode.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stays, laying of UG cable/ pipes & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking out old existing unserviceable/faulty HT Cable of size 3 Core 95 Sqmm,in any position from trench/duct, including taking out serviceable PCC cable covers/GI pipe of any description complete all as directed.

M & L for providing dry & clean over and under the cable for protection of cable ,80mm sand laid before laying the cable 150mm sand after laying the cable complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover,class HV, of size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid perpendicular to axis of cable for protection of HT cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/laying of 80/100mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surfaces/floor etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying and Fixing in replacement of GI tubing light grade of 100 MM dia for cable protection on pole/walls/floor or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp,nut,bolts and washers and socket and making good the distrubed surface of wall ,roof etc all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing and Commissioning cable XLPE insulated ,screened, PVC bedded ,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor ,11000 Volts, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core and providing suitable lugs and cable glands, laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed to wall/ roof/ poles including taking down existing cables complete all as specified and directed of following sizes.

S & F in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material & accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as directed by Eng-In-Charge

Earthing with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) with top of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below GL connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm connected to earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel with & including ; PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit with cover of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 40 mm thick reinforced with 3 Nos, 6 mm dia bars both way, watering arrangements with 20 mm GI medium grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete. (Note :- GI earth strip & protection pipe with GI pipe protection shall be measured & paid separately)

Earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 mm & 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal GL) connected to copper strip 32 X 6 mm connected to earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel with & including ; PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit with cover of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 40 mm thick reinforced with 3 Nos, 6 mm dia bars both way, watering arrangements with 20 mm GI medium grade pipe ISI marked, GI funnel with GI mesh, filling with mixture of common salt & charcoal in alternate layers, necessary excavation and earth works in any type of soil, including test point, testing & commissioning, complete. (Note :- copper earth strip & protection pipe with GI pipe protection beyond 7.5 Meter shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply only GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity conductor as main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recessess as chases or burried in ground or drawn in pipe fixed to pole or any other indicated situation complete all as specified & directed

Disconnecting & taking out existing unserviceable transformer of any description and in any position safely and shifting for depositing to store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary T&P and equpts are brought by the contractor deemed to include in the quoted rate.
