Demolition of concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing debris outside MD Land.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt incl. Screed and cleaning of surfaces of roof etc. With wire brush incl. Flashing and junctions of parapets/kerb walls etc. And removing of the rubbish to a distance exc. 500 metres but not exc. 1.5 km and deposting where directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C1 , 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in levelling course/padding with slope 1:40 for making slab all as directed

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

M&L for 10mm thick plastering (screeding) in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using Water Proofing Compound. Note : Water Proofing Compound shall be paid seperately.

M&L for Waterproofing on roof including flashing and junction of parapet, kerb, wall etc. As under (a) Applying bituminous primer on cleaned and dried surface @ 0.7 kg/sqm. (b) 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified bitumen - based prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.40 Ltr/sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with 10 cm overlap both ways after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturers instructions. (c) Apply two coats of bitumastic - aluminium paint over the membrane.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement adding water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer

S&F in repairs of 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound
