Provision of 2 x 160 KVA UPS System for GLF Installations at Kolhapur Airport including AICMC for 05 Years

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 160KVA online UPS, 3 Phase input, 3 Phase output, PWM IGBT based online double conversion type with inbuilt isolation transformer suitable to drive constant current regulators (CCR) with 100% unbalanced load at output at full load conditions meeting the given technical specifications along with the following: (a) UPS shall have 100% rated static/automatic bypass, maintenance bypass facilities active input power factor correction, phase sequence corrector, pure sine wave output, input output isolation, compatibility of generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, advanced communications - RS 232 or equivalent port & user friendly LCD display. (b) SITC of individual battery bank Set for 160KVA UPS (compatable and as per above)consisting of 12 Volt SMF batteries with minimum life span of 3 years & sufficient VAH rating for minimum 30 minute backup (as per approved design of manufacturer) from each UPS i/c suitable rating battery circuit breakers, interconnection between the batteries, cabling by copper conductor between battery bank and UPS, glands & termination along with MS powder coated battery rack etc as per site requirement. (c) UPS to run in load sharing mode, battery management features integrated with main UPS controller, operating condition 415 ±10%, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, IP 20 capable of running at 100% load delivering 2 phase/single phase load with 3 phase of output etc. complete as required. Scope of work also includes synchronization of both the UPS of this item so that, both UPS will work simultaneously and share load accordingly, incase UPS-I fails UPS-II will take full load and vice versa.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia medium class G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supply of following size XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, stranded copper conductor, un-armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended upto date. 4C X 120sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4C x 120 sqmm

SITC of 5 Star 1.5 ton split type Air conditioners with 4 kVA voltage stabilizer, wall mounting type fitted with hermetically sealed compressors operating on refrigerant R 410 / R 407a /Non CFC suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz Single phase AC supply capable of performing Cooling, Dehumidifying, Air Circulating and Filtering functions i/c making necessary outdoor stand finishing with the cement plastering and neat cement for installing the out door unit as per the site conditions and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge & Supply and fixing of suitable drain pipes,interconection between indoor and out door unit i/c minor civil works as per the site conditions.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supply and fixing of 25mm dia PVC drain pipe from the respective units, clamping on different surface like etc. i/c sealing the joints with making of openings as per site condition.wall/floor

Supplying and fixing of CPRI / ERDA approved insulated synthetic sheet / insulation polymer mat of size 2.5 mm +/-10% thick suitable for Class-B up to 11 KV and conforming to IS15652:2006 alongwith suitable adheshive.

All inclusive periodic comprehensive maintenance of complete 2 Nos. 160 KVA UPS with rack, incoming & outgoing control cables i/c quarterly visit, battery bank health checkup, attending complaints/ faults/ breakdowns/ and taking necessary rectification action to ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system on all days including Sundays and holidays. (After Defects Liability Period ) 1st Year (4.93 % on Item No.1)

All inclusive periodic comprehensive maintenance of complete 2 Nos. 160 KVA UPS with rack, incoming & outgoing control cables i/c quarterly visit, battery bank health checkup, attending complaints/ faults/ breakdowns/ and taking necessary rectification action to ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system on all days including Sundays and holidays. (After Defects Liability Period ) 2nd Year (5.42 % on Item No.1)

All inclusive periodic comprehensive maintenance of complete 2 Nos. 160 KVA UPS with rack, incoming & outgoing control cables i/c quarterly visit, battery bank health checkup, attending complaints/ faults/ breakdowns/ and taking necessary rectification action to ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system on all days including Sundays and holidays. (After Defects Liability Period ) 3rd Year (5.96 % on Item No.1)

All inclusive periodic comprehensive maintenance of complete 2 Nos. 160 KVA UPS with rack, incoming & outgoing control cables i/c quarterly visit, battery bank health checkup, attending complaints/ faults/ breakdowns/ and taking necessary rectification action to ensure serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system on all days including Sundays and holidays. (After Defects Liability Period ) 4th Year (6.56 % on Item No.1)
