M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10cm in width and seting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finishing even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 on external wall surfaces in two layers (First coat 10mm thick and second coat 5mm thick) including mixing of water proofing compound @3% by the weigth of cement only on top layer of plaster, finished even and smooth (WPC will be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion with two coats of wall care putty over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two coats of cement based paint with two coats of wall care putty over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description over 10cm in width of grith not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality fixed with oil putty and necessary clips/nut bolts area and excedding 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down fan, exhaust fan, cabin fan, air circulator fan, pedestal fan of any size sealing cable end, dismatling blades and removing fan and blades to MES store complete all as specified and directed

Taking down regulator , sealing cable ends and removing regulator to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down storage water heater (Geyser) of 25/50 Ltr capacity by disconnecting electrical and water connection carefully and deposting to the MES store complete all as specified and directed.

SUMMER COOLING APPLIANCES Removing of existing window/split AC unit of any capacity incluidng all accessories from wall/roof/window without disturbing/damaged original surface and depositing in MES store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F copper tubing alongwith necessary insulation as per manufacturer standered for 1.5/2 TR split AC unit, copper tubing pipe 3/8"and 5/8" for split type AC including provision of insulation on tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bracket for mounting outdoor unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2 TR as per manufacturer standered or Heavy Duty complete all as specified and directed. Make : Allvin tafta or equivalent as directed by EIC.
