Design, Supply, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of NP-4 RCC Hume Pipe

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in -charge.

Excavation for pipe line trench 0–1.5 m deep in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand).

Extra payment on excavation for additional depth (1.5 m to 2.0 m) for pipe-line trench.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth by cart / tipping, including loading, unloading and spreading within Municipal Corporation Boundary.

Providing and laying 150 mm thick granular (coarse sand / grit) bedding in trench bottom over full trench width of 1.40 m, properly levelled and compacted to required grade and camber.

Providing and placing PCC M-10 (1:3:6) concrete haunching on both sides of pipe up to centre-line (pipe OD 960 mm, haunch area ~0.12 m²/RM), including cost of materials, labour, formwork and curing.

Supply of RCC Hume Pipe NP-4 (Socket Hume Pipe), 900 mm dia, as per IS:458, including factory testing charges, loading at factory/depot, unloading and stacking at work site.

Carting from store, laying, jointing & testing of RCC Pressure Pipe P2 Quality (NP-4 equivalent), 900 mm dia, with cement & sand mortar joints (1:1.5), in trenches outside houses, including labour for jointing, curing and hydraulic testing at 1.5× working pressure.

Supply, installation and commissioning of sluice valve (gate valve) 900 mm dia, PN-10, with CI/DI body, SS spindle, EPDM seat, including CI valve box, anchor blocks and all fixing accessories.

Supply, installation and commissioning of Air Valve (Double Air Valve) 100 mm dia at high points of pipeline (approx. 3 Nos.), with CI flanged body, stainless steel ball float, including all fixing accessories and valve chamber.
