Thanjavur District - Package No.01 - Renewal BT to 2 Road works in Ammapettai Block under Rural Road Maintenance - 2025-2026.

Part.1. Renewal Bt to Katharinatham Union road in katharinatham Panchayat Km 0/0 - 1/600.

Clearing scrub jungle including all labour charges fro burrying and burning etc.,

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil for Cutting side drain etc, complete. as per SS20 A

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

BC 25 mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Providing and fixing of Retro Reflective Name board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and in compliance with IRC 67-2022 specifications (Para 6.5.2). Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 800mm size fixed at top & 900mm x 750mm fixed at bottom duly riveted to existing flange/MS Sheet space given in the existing structure, MGSMT logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Type IV grade Class B standard of IRC 67- 2022. Message on the retro reflective sheeting including the QR code shall be digitally printed on approved latex printing platform and over laminted by suitable for Ultraviolet resistance electro-cut table film as a protective over laminate sheet. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the MGSMT Signage Guidelines and the retrofeflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 years warranty issued for field performance (as per MORT&H specification No. 801) and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

Supplying and fixing Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Kilo Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Part.2. Renewal Bt to Kadaitheru to ganthygramam link road in Arunthavcapuram Panchayat Km 0/0-0/730.
