Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface by mechanical means upto 150 mm I(one hundred fifty millimtre)and disposal of scarified material within all leads and lift as per MORTH Technical Specification section 300 and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 7878.51 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300/- only ( at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded by the motar granular and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Section 300 and 1600 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal un-useful materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 [ One cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size] including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete including the cost of form work and curing complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera,as per drawings and MORD technical specification sections 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing 100mm Cone (Hundred millimeter) diameter PVC(poly Vinyl chloride) pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 700 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm(four millimetre) dia G.I. wire( Galvanized iron wire) confirming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mmx100mm(one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1300 and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 20 millimetre (twenty millimetre nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Back filling behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. Complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200 and 1600 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ,including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials asper table 400.1and spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachment and compacting with three wheel 80-100 (eighty -one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD Technical Specifications section 400 for grading-I material and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing, laying, spreading by mechanical means and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 ( eighty to one hundred)kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MORD Technical Specification Section 400. and asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with Hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85Kg. (Zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre using one part of bitumen emulsion SS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology Tera prime emulsion @ 1% (One percent) of weight of emulsion by mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications Section 500 as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom and spraying tack coat @ 0.275 Kg ( Zero decimal two seven five kilogram) per Square metre using one part of bitumen tack emulsion RS-I and two parts of water mixed with Nano technology emulsion @ 1.4% (One decimal four percent) of weight of emulsion as per technical specification Section 500 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 50 mm (Fifty millimeter) thick bituminous macadam with 40-60(forty to sixty) TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 (fifty) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of grading-II 19mm (nineteen millimetre) nominal size premixed with bituminious binder VG-10 (Vilscosity) grade-Ten) at the rate of 3.5% (three point Five percent) as per design mix with neno technology (Zycotherm) at the rate of 0.1% (Zero decimal one percent) by weight of bitumen , transported to site within all leads laid laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD Technical Specification Section 500 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying Semidense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 (seventy five) tonnes per hour with nano technology using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5.0 (four point five to five) per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignmernt , rolling with smooth wheel , vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORD technical specification Section 500 complete in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation with in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm (twenty five millimetre into twenty five millimetre into five miliimetre). Providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm ( three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail 70 ( Seventy) centimetre above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) spaced 2 M (Two meter) center to center 1.80 m (one point eight zero metre) high 1.10 metre ( One point one zero metre) below ground/ road level. All steel parts and fitment to be galvanised by hot dip process. All fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm (One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) and 330mm ( Three hundred thirty millimetre) long complete as persection 800 of MORT &H ( Ministry of Road Transport & Highway) specification including all fitting required for errection at road site Including hauling of materialswith in all leads, lifts and other incidental.
