Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make conforming to IS : 733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/stainless steel sunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge (level adjusting hangers, ceiling cleats and expansion hold fasteners to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing PVC rigid foam sheet 3mm thick on existing Aluminium frame work by using synthetic rubber based adhesive, or by pasting or by screws to secure them from blown out from strong wind and to avoid the entry of birds etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperately.)

Providing and fixing 4 mm dia. G.I. level adjusting hangers (upto 1200mm length), fixed to roof slabs/truss by means of clamp, complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Providing & fixing 5' height -1" thick penelled partition with 2" x2" legs and partially glazed having 12mm thick glass(frosted glass) at top for height of 2'-5" (Superior frosted glass well rounded in desired shape as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge) with second class teak wood with teak wood beading all round the exposed surface of the frame work and two coats of sanding sealer, 2 coats of NC filler & PU/melamine polish of desired shade & including cost of all material, transporation charges, all labour charges, minor tools etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
