| 5Supply and fixing of DI D/F Gate valve (Soft Sealed) Resilient Seated Soft Sealing gate valves( Sluice valves RAISING TYPE ) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG-40/SG- 400/15 or GGG-50/SG-500/7 or equivalent grade as per IS 3896 - Part 2- 1985 and subsequent revisions, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM Food grade quality and Seals of NBR and the valve should be vaccum tight and 100 % leak proof with face to face dimension as per BS 5163-89/IS 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. and Valves should be electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside pocket less body passage class PN 1.6 including all jointing materials ( Gasket , Nut bolts etc) connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed. | |||||
