Fabrication and erection of closed CGI Shed of size (55’x35’) for safe storage of sub Divisional pumping machinery at ware house Divisional store by way of excavation of 16 no trenches/pits of size (2’x2’x3’) at appropriate places for erection of vertical sections and plinth (1.5’x3’) upto the total length of all four side walls for laying of plinth and then disposal of excavated material at permissible dumping place. Job further includes providing and fabrication of MS vertical square sections of size (4”x4”x14’)-16nos, having minimum thickness not less than 4mm with fabrication and welding of 16 no. gusset plates of size (1’x1’) of 6mm thickness at bottom end of all the vertical sections for proper erection on foundation blocks by welding it on top of Angles/flats embedded in blocks and welding of 16 no. sq plates of size (0’.6”x 0’.6”) on top of columns for supporting the roof support structure. Laying of 16 nos foundation blocks using Angle/MS flats with proper embedding in each block at proper place and plinth with raised level of 1.5 feet feet above the ground level with mix cement concrete in the ratio of 1:2:4 (cement :sand: gravel) . Erection of all the fabricated vertical section on their respective foundation blocks with proper fastening/welding. Welding Providing and fabrication of appropriate nos MS sections of size (2”x4”) approximately 280’ length having minimum thickness of 3 mm and then fixing on the top of vertical sections to act as support for roof with proper welding and anchoring using good quality electrodes. Providing and fabrication of MS sections for making appropriate no. of purlins approximately 200 feet in length of size (1.5”x4”) and then fixing on the trusses/support with proper welding using good quality electrodes. Providing and fabrication of MS square sections of size (1.5”x2”) approximately 700 feet in length of suitable thickness and then fixing around all the vertical sections/four sides of fabricated structure with proper welding using good quality electrodes for fitting of CGI sheets. Job also includes painting of all the MS items with two coats of primer red oxide after removing of rust/dust with the help of sand/emery paper and then two coats of enamel paint for protection of the structure. Providing and fixing of colored CGI sheets of 0.5 mm thick for total approximate area of 1925 sq feet on top and 2520 sq feet for the four walls(including door frame) of fabricated structure using screws, nuts, bolts, hooks and washers etc as per site requirement including fabrication of minimum 10 x10 feet entrance door on front side after fabrication of proper frame for door with fixing of locking arrangement. Complete job includes cost of material such as CGI sheets, MS sections, Angles, flats, cement, sand, gravel, paints, nuts, bolts, transportation charges, skilled/unskilled labour charges on account of loading, unloading, handling, cutting, fabrication, erection, curing etc and hire charges of welding set, genset, gas cutter, shuttering material including leveling of surface etc inclusive of all taxes.
