Complete removal of existing treatment of wall surface and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over primer, over one coat of wall care putty 2-3mm thick including sanding and preparation of surface to a true, even and smooth complete all specified and directed. Note: Putty will be measured and paid separately.

Preparation of old painted wooden surfaces and wood based materials of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces and steel based materials of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, and ceiling like chajja/ roof projection etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rates shall be quoted inclusive of required scaffolding for a height upto 10 meters buildings till plaster/ pointing and finishes.

Removing old lime wash (if any), hacking for key, raking out joints of old brick work or stone work built in cement mortar, not previously plastered and scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster, complete all as specified and as directed. Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface, in ceiling of chajjas/ roof projection, etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note: Rates shall be quoted inclusive of required scaffolding for a height upto 10 meters buildings inclusive of working of item No 9 & 10 hereinbefore.

Rendering 15mm thick in two layers on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement), mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
