Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat etc., removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in bedding layer for laying & fixing floor as in levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finish vitrified ceramic Light shade tiles 10mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm each, as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including Screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F of Glossy Finish Vitrified ceramic Light shade tiles 10mm thick (Square/ Rectangular) polished area of each tilenot exceeding 0.36 Sqm each, in skiting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tile 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Desinger concept tiles has to be matched with exisitng tiles.

M&L coloured joint free Non Skid ceramic tiles light shade 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Square but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 Cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 including demolition of old PCC block complete all as specified and diretced
