Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts, Height and cost of all other incidentals.
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per ltr. of Asian/Nerolac/ICI Dulex etc. approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacturer’s specification.One or more coats on old work including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts, Height and cost of all other incidentals.
Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness of J.K. primexx over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts, Height and cost of all other incidentals.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade of Asian/Nerolac/ICI Dulex etc. :One or more coats on old work (wood or steel)including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts, Height and cost of all other incidentals.
Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade of Apex/ICI Dulex/Weather shield /Nerolac (Excel) Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm) including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts, Height and cost of all other incidentals.
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) including entire carriage of material in all leads , lifts, Height and cost of all other incidentals.
