Supply, laying, jointing and testing ductile iron pipe with spigot and socketed ends class K-7, with inside cement mortar lining laid in trenches/above ground of 150 mm bore incl rubber gasket joint (Tyton joint) with jointing material including taking down old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, fittings and joints shall be measured and paid for seperately. (Make – Jindal, Tata, Electrosteel)

Material and labour for DI specials of any size such as tees, bends of any size and radius, tapers, collers, tail pieces, caps and plugs etc incl takinng down unsv complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth width and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying under ground cable/pipes in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil obtained from excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Butterfly valves iron body screwed down 150mm dia high pressure with iron wheel head/ long shank and cup butterfly type screwed both ends for iron pipe complete with fittings all as specified and directed.

S&F, testing and commissioning of Chlorine dozing system, High pressure single head adjustable chlorine dosing system, 230V, 1/30 fractional horse power, pressure 0 to 100 PSI, max out put 6LPH, lead tubing, connecting ferrule, check valves,Preparation tank capacity 100 Ltrs PE/FRP dosing tank consisting of lid cover and level gauge. Agitator for mixing of hypo-chlorine powder granules, stainless steel mixing rod mounted on motor with plastic shaft and impeller, 1 phase electric driven motor of capacity of 0.5 HP, stand for fixing of agitator system with electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting water pipe line, electric conneciton and taking out submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith column pipe with help of chain pully block using tripad etc any depth as required at site and lowering the submersible pump set after necessary Extension/development of bore well etc complete all as specified and directed as per site requirement.

M&L for extension/development of borewell drilling not less than 250mm bore hole DTH method to any depth below the ground level in any kind of rock/soil upto 100 mtr deep including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away all as specified and directed. Note : 1) In case of incountering rock prior to 30 mtr depth from ground level the decission of the Garrison Engineer for reboring shall be final and binding. Specific order in writing shall be issued by Garrison Engineer for reboring and the quantities shall be varied accordingly.2) Cost of transportation of DTH plant at various places under AOR of DIvision is included in the unit rate.

Supplying, lowering & fixing into bore 200 mm dia MS casing pipe, heavy duty, minimum 5.4 mm thick ERW having Duly welded both sides socketed ends all as specified & directed.

Supplying, lowering & fixing into bore hole 200 mm dia MS casing pipe, heavy duty,minimum 5.40 mm thick ERW slotted tube having 1.5 mm to 3mm slot having socketed ends at as specified & directed.

M&L for development of bore well of any capacity and size upto 100 mtrs depth at the pressure 10 kg/sqcm to 15 kg/sqcm by diesel engine driven air compressor of capacity 620 cfm includiing air pipe and connected items to improve the yield of tube well as specified and directed.(Note: 1. Development of borewell shall be carried out by lowering of air pressure pipe. 2. Lifting/lowering of borewell shall be measured and paid separately. 3. Cost of air compressor shifting from one site to another site is included in the unit rate).

Supplying and packing pea gravel of size 3.00 mm to 6.00 mm around casing pipe as site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS coloumn pipe heavy duty 50mm bore with MS flanged heavy grade and welded to MS column pipe, thickness of flange 10mm incl all necessary cutting in flanged for passing of submersible cable incl all jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers & packing sheets and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F well cap suitable for 250mm dia consisting of two parts complete with welding and machinery work having provision of cutout for passing of column pipe and fabricated from MS sheet 3.15mm thick all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chess or buried in ground drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to the pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc as required 25x4mm GI strip all as specified and directed.

M&L for making hole for fixing of ventilation fan size 200 mm with necessary civil work, alteration in existing ventilation window of iron/aluminium frame for fixing of fan as per site requirement complete make good the wall/ventilation window match with existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods with electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep, five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix wall mounted fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 400 mm sweep suitable for wall mounting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for light/fan point with FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm alongwith 1.5 sqmm earth wire of multi strand copper conductor with using casing caping 15 mm including PVC terminal box, screws, washers etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.
