(ii) Supervisor for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works employed by the contractor shall possesses supervisor certificate of competency issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory and the worker/ tradesmen for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works shall hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory. Supply, testing and commissioning of 16 Zone semi addressable 4LM-MAIN master fire alarm control panel with siren controller, alpha numeric crystal display, panel mounted keypad, LED indicators to display system status such as system on fault, fire, with inbuilt buzzer , power supply modules, fire relay, hooter relay fabricated in 16 swg MS CRCA sheet with red colour powder coated of size 500mm x 600mm x 250mm etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sun Fire Engineer/Minimax/Safetech with ISO certified

Supply, testing and commissioning of 16 Zone repeater panel,including site plan and the locations of 13 Nos of Manual Call Point (MCP) with LED lamps, particular LED lamps shall glow on activation of MCP. The panel will be provided with power supply modules,siren controller module, siren operating contactors, MCB TPN 20 Amps, fabricated in 16swg MS CRCA sheet with red colour powder coated of size 600mm x 500mm x 250mm etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sun Fire Engineer/Minimax/Safetech with ISO certified Note for item no 1.00 and 2.00 -: The contractor has to calibrate and activate all MCPs, connecting all wiring works, testing complete system and rate shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of flame proof manual call point (MCP) outdoor type with 24 Volt addressable MCP card, housing and hammer, including stand post made out of GI pipe of size 25 mm two run upto height 2.0 mtr including PCC foundation of size 0.35 x 0.35 x 0.30 mtr, cover shade made of sheet 3mm thick, painting with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint (Red colour) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking down of old cables and supply & lay armoured XLPE insulated 1.5 Sqmm 4 Core multi stranded copper conductor cable along the walls, in trenches ducts, ceiling/ connection to control panel, manual call point complete with termination lugs/ joint etc as required, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan & n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable, erection of poles etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil including separating serviceable cable protection cover for re-use at site obtained during excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, spreading and levelling fine sand/ crushed stone as in cable trench for cable cushioning, all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast factory made concrete cable cover, class LV, Type -I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45 cm x 45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying GI tube ;returning filling & well rammaing watering finish surface 10 cm from top including provision of PCC 1:3:6 for repairing, including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed

S& F HDPE pipe 25mm dia, of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm^2 for laying in ground, road crossing etc for cable protection including necessary fittings , clamps for supports, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting of existing GI pipe of size 50mm dia and inserting GI tee/bend including all required new fittings complete with testing,all as specified and directed

Supply, lay/fix, connect and testing of 50 mm dia steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanised with screwed and socketed joints, in any length, including supply and fixing all fittings and fixtures, and laid in trenches/floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13.00 above but 100 mm dia

Supply and fixing 50 mm dia Gun metal Globe valve or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sluice valve 100mm bore, cast iron body, flanged and drilled end, conforming to IS-14846, ISI marked, class PN 1.6 including all joints with rubber or fibre board, gaskets, bolts and nuts, washers, iron wheel including taking up / down old unserviceable valves from any position and any addition / alteration for fixing required complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 17.00 above but 80 mm dia Note : A sum of Rs 43,450.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
