AIRCRAFT STAND IDENTIFICATION Supply of internally illuminated LED type Aircraft Stand Number Identification signage with WGS Coordinate in rectangular shape having one side display, water tight front openable with facia complying with the latest ICAO standards. Body made of 2mm thick anodized Aluminium profile & poly carbonate sheet of 4mm thick with glare free front face, yellow background and black letters. Signage should have letters & symbols made up of vinyl and pasted on 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet from inside. The rear panel should be ready/suitable for mounting on pole or façade. The board shall have hinged front face to allow easy access for maintenance. The boards shall be internally uniformly illuminated with LED modules/strips with suitable driver operating on 230 V, 50 HZ AC supply complete with all internal wirings, connectors as required.

Supply of 6 Mtr height MS Pole fabricated from B class MS Pipes of 150mm dia with bottom flange size 300 X 300 X 10 MM Thick having 4 holes of 30 mm dia for fixing foundation bolt for erection shall also be provided. The Pole shall be PU painted in silver grey color or any other colour approved by EIC.

Erection of 6 Mtr height MS Pole including providing civil foundation of minimum size 500mm (L) x 500 mm (B) x 1000mm (Height) with reinforced cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 including excavation work and supply & fixing of suitable sized J-Bolts in the foundation for erection of pole, providing G.I Nuts/ washers etc., providing and embedding 40mm dia PVC/HDPE pipe(upto 2 m) for cable entry including bending the pipe complete as required. The rates includes hiring of Hydra/ Crane etc for erection.

Installation of SNI & WGS 84 Boards (under S.No.1 above) on the existing MS pole of 6 mtr height with necessary fabrication of MS flat/angles/ complete as required as per site condition. The rates includes hiring of Hydra/Crane etc for erection.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Polycarbonate enclosure box (IP 65) alongwith 6 A MCB for switching ON/OFF of SNI & WGS 84 Boards (under S.No.1 above) including supply and laying of suitable size 2/3 core PVC insulated flexible copper wire from box to SNI & WGS 84 Boards complete as required.

OPERATIONAL GUIDANCE SIGNAGES Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Internally Illuminated LED based operational guidance signages complying with the latest ICAO standards, made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2mm thick powder coated aluminium profile, supported at back by 50mm dia (Nominal size) die cast aluminium / GI pipe at a seperation as required, frangible coupling and base plate/flanges. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerised cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required colour as per ICAO standards. The boards shall be internally illuminated with high luminous, long life LED's of make ( Osram / Philips /Nichia) assembled on each PCB with proper heat dissipation mechanism. All the accessories shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8A - 6.6A and shall give constant brightness for all current variation including supply and installation of suitable capacity/wattage electronic driver and islolating Transformers. Boards shall be complete with cement concrete foundation of 1:2:4 for mounting legs and cement concrete hard stand of 1:3:6 around the sign board of size & thickness as per specifications, foundation bolt/anchor fasteners, required length of 2X4 Sqmm copper conductor secondary lead cable with male connector protected with PVC medium duty pipe from CI box upto sign board, connections with series cables and isolating transformers etc complete as per technical specifications and as required

Laying of 1 No. 6 sq.mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed unarmoured Copper conductor Airfield lighting cable of 5 KV grade in the existing RCC / HUME / STONEWARE / METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of frangible & illuminated wind direction indicator confirming to ICAO Annex 14, volume I and suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and consist of following complete as required. (a) 5 mtr height FRP frangible pole/mast. The frangibility shall confirm to ICAO Annex 14 & Aerodrome design manual part-6/FAA. The color of pole/mast shall be preferably aviation yellow or red/white. (b) Wind sock assembly complete with slip rings, drum, bracket for drum, bearing, carbon brush with holder etc. (c) Four nos, 20 W nominal capacity LED lamps alonwith Lamps mounting arrangement for outdoor conditions. (d) One no. LED Aviation obstruction light having aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome. (e) Internal wiring, provision for remote control operation. (f) Providing and laying suitable cement concrete foundation for installation of WDI as per OEM recommandations. (g) Any other component required for operation of WDI.
