As per Technical Specification Document Clause No-09 : 1. OEM/OES and there authorized agents/dealers/re- sellers will be considered for placement of PO. Authorized agents/dealers/re-sellers to submit Tender Specific Authorization along with Offer. 2. The bidder shall either have experience of minimum 05 years in design, manufacture, supply and after sales servicing of compressors with same or higher configuration & capacities or should be licensed/authorized assembler in India of the manufacturer who shall have experience of minimum 05 years in design, manufacture, supply and after sale servicing of compressors with same or higher configuration and capacities. Bidder should supply the proof of supply of similar items. 3. To ensure quality of product, the bidder should have performance certificate of any Govt. /Semi Govt. Organization of at least 05 nos. of same/similar compressor supplied during the previous 3 years for similar/same item. The period of 3 years shall be counted with respect to date of tender closing. Firms should submit necessary documentary evidence certifying proof of execution of PO, such as scanned copies of Purchase Order along with copy of I/C s and R/Notes along with the offer. Failure to submit necessary documentary evidence will imply that firm has no such search performance and the offer is liable to be ignored. 4. Firm should submit documentary proof certifying successful working for at least 02 years from date of supply. Certificate in this regard, signed by officer of the Govt. Semi Govt. organization to be submitted along with the offer. 5. Bidders must attach only relevant and limited documents required to be submitted as per above criteria submission of any irrelevant PO s, I/C s and R/Notes copies and any other unrelated documents which has no relevance to the above criteria may lead to rejection of the offer. No claim/representation of the bidder shall be admissible in such cases. 6. The documents must be uploaded along with the tender, failing which the offer is likely to be rejected without any back reference for the same. 7. Firm should supply necessary accessories such as seamless air piping of suitable bore between compressor and air receiver including sockets, NRV, Tee/elbow joints, isolating valves. First fill of oils and lubricants, Maintenance tool kit (with list), Electrical cabels to connect compressor panel to supply distribution board and compatible servo controlled voltage stabilizer...

In case where firm has failed to supply material within DP, General Damages equal to 5% of the PO/Contract value will be applicable in cases where performance guarantee is not applicable and not submitted by firm. In cases where a firm has submitted a performance guarantee, then the same will be forfeited.
