Change of Engine Oil of the excavator ( Qty 22 ltr),15W40 Gear Oil HP-90 (Qty 28 ltr) & Hydraulic oil ( Qty 50 ltres). The job includes complete removal of flood water collected in the machine,drying it with dry clothes and refilling the oils ,replacement of oil filters & assemblying the machine.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repairing & replacement of 2 no Hydraulic hose alongwith hose nipple,replacement of main bearing alongwith the nose of the main arm of the machine attached with bracket.The complete job includes cost of spares,dismantling & refitting of the hydraulic hoses and bearing assy,lathe work, labour charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to the bucket of the excavator BE-220.The job includes dismantling the excavator bucket from the machine and shifting at workshop. Complete hard facing of the bucket (inner & outerside) by way of welding process with heavy duty welding rods,hard facing of the edges of the bucket using 9mm & 10mm steel rods,fitting of new teeth 5 nos alongwith adopters and base plate.Shifting of the repaired excavator bucket to the site & fitting onto the excavator.Complete job includes cost of teeth,adaptors & base plate,welding & labour charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to Self Starter of the machine.The job shall include complete dismantling of the starter,replacing the damaged rotor assembly with fitment of new assembly, cutouts,carbon bushes etc.final assemblying & testing at site.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Complete repairing to Swing motor alongwith the replacement of damaged parts. The job shall include complete dismantling of the swing motor,checking the complete assembly & replacement of all small & big seals,rings etc.The job includes shifting the swing motror from site to workshop and back to Site after repairs,re-assemblyong the swing motor with the machine.Replacement of damaged hydaulic pipes alongwith nuts & washers, greasing the machine with greasing gun.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Note:- 1. All the spares/ material supplied/fitted should be originally manufactured or of heavy duty along with ISI marks/ latest Indian standards. 2. The spares/ material supplied/fitted should be compatible with the machinery & testing of the same is mandatory before accepting the machine as “Tested”.
