Providing & fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality - 1.0 mm thick.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi - chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I. fastners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shyall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc.After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality , all complete as per approved drawing.(Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof SS wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels ) made of (small series) frame 92 x 44 mm & sash 32 x 60 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 + or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension.(Area of window upto 1.75 sqm) - sliding window size 1.20x1.35 m.

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

Deduct for not using 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles.

Fixing glazed /ceramic / Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick - set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 3 mm thickness - ( Using 5 kg adhesive per sqm of tile area).

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3mm width,using epoxy grout mix of 0.70kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling / grouting and finishing complete - size of tile 600x600 mm.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Royal of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Dismantling aluminium / gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness.

Filling the gap in between aluminium / stone / wood frame and adjacent RCC / Brick / Stone / Wood / Ceramic / Gypsum work by providing weather / structural non sag elastomeric PU sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings complete, complying to ASTM C920, DIN 18540-F & ISO 11600 - upto 5mm depth and 5mm width.

Providing cutting and fixing to required shape and design 19mm thick plywood (BWR) for cupboard & shutter/table top/ bottoms/ sides/ furniture/ partition and the like. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, all taxes, wastages, screws, nails, fevicol SH, special labour charges for making cupboard & shutters/ furniture and finishing the surface neat after fixing in required position as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing flat teak wood - I class reepers of size 20 x 6mm alround the edges of plywood. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, wastages, labour charges for fixing screws, nails, Fevicol SH and finishing the surface neat after fixing etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 100mm stainless steel handles with necessary screws etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Multipurpose lock with necessary screws etc, complete.

Providing and fixing stainless steel Buttertly hinges with necessary screws etc., complete.

Providing and fixing telescopic three folds ball bearing slides with necessary screws etc., complete - 400X40mm.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick plain glass to required shape and design for table top/ sides/ furniture/ partition and the like using SS brackets including fixing of checked design self adhesive PVC film in one face of the glass. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, all taxes, wastages, screws, nails, special labour charges for nosing and moulding the edges of glass, pasting of checked design self adhesive PVC film without forming of air bubbles and finishing the surface neat after fixing in required position as directed by the Engineer in charge.
