Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Non skid, coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 8 to 9mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Glazed coloured ceramic jointfree/rectified tiles 300x450mm and 6 to 7mm thick in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

16-18mm thick green marble slabs of width as directed, machine cut, bedded jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry, as in floors laid over cement screed base and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over & including screed bed or bedding layer 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

4mm thick Cement fibre board (designer ceiling) of size 600mm x 600mm panel conforming to IS 14862 type B category three including GI frame work with size of grid 605mm x 605mm including all accessories and GI suspensions, the fibre sheet should be fire resistant, water resistant, termite resistant, environment friendly & 100% asbestos free, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of false ceiling board & GI Grid : Everest/V board or equivalent as specified in PS

25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints through out the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof padding, including roof tiles etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ wall fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store, incl oiling, greasing, cleaning slot, overhauling & replacement of defective nut, bolt , washers etc. and applying two coat painting with synthetic enamel to fans complete, in situ by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc.,complete all as per the directions of Engg-in-Charge.

Sub main wiring with two runs of 6 Sqmm ( 2x6 sqmm ) 1100 volts grade single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694 drawn through and including non-metalic PVC rigid conduit 25 mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) with all conduit accessories mounting on suface of walls /roofs / ceiling etc with one run of 6 Sqmm (1x6sqmm ) single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 2 runs of 6 Sqmm (2x6sqmm ) ,one run of 6 Sqmm (1x6 sqmm ) cable and one metre of conduit will be measured as one unit.

Sheet metal enclosures for distribution board when MCB to be used SPN 12 way with IP-43, IK-09 protection 240V with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type including cutting chases in walls for fixing DBs making good the distubed surfaces to match with existing specifications ,fixing in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: MCBs will be measurd separately).

Supply, Laying, testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables heavy duty 1100 volts grade stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/pipe, fixed to poles, walls of size 25 sqmm 2 core including taking down of old cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work and other connected work shall be measured & paid seperately.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

GI tubing light grade 40mm bore along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of bituminous /PCC road including excavation to a standard depth and width as specified in SSR for laying GI pipe/XLPE cable, retruning filling including removal of surplus soil/debris to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and after returning filling, making good the distrubed ground by providing 30mm thick premix carpeting over 75mm thick WBM over 100 mm thick stone soling or 100mm thick PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) over stone soling to match the exisitng surfaces of road complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
