Providing soling in foundation and under floor best quality picked jhama bricks, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the surface as directed (brick on flat soling)

Plain cement contrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13 mm to 32 mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). In prop. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse agg. By volume (using mixture machine)

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20 mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary and curing complete etc. complete as directed. (M 15 grade concrete or Prop.1:2:4) in sub-structure including shuttering.

Structrural steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint (up to 4.6 m height) from plinth level including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding. if necessary as directed.in M.S. angle.

Providing barbed wire on the existing barded wire fencing with seven strands of barbed wire 12 S.W. G x 2 plies x 4 points at 75 mm apart including supplying, fitting and fixing with galvanised staples 38 mm x 38 mm x 3mm sizes with existing posts of the fencing, including removing rotten barbed wire as directed, complete with strengthening of post and tightening of the old barbed wire and joining old serviceable pieces on remaining lines as and where necessary and as directed.

Providing fitting and fixing RBTcoil (0.45m) at top of wall as directed.

Transportation of materials such as Aggregates, Sand, Cement, Steel, Barbed & RBT Coil Etc. from Time Office to Magazine House at Hill top ie.actual site of construction at Tikak Colliery.

Jungle clearing including uprooting of vegitation, grass, brush-wood, sapling and trees not exceeding 300 mm girth and disposal of the same outside the periphery and lift upto 1500 mm
