REPAIRS TO ROAD ROAD PATH AND HELIPAD AND CONNECTED WORK AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

M&L Repair to potholes for 30mm depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified

M&L applying priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over old black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, (Design mix) 30 mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen binder of VG 30, by weight of total mix, Lying with machanical power or sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tone capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix design and the tests specified. However quantity of bitumen from the mix design found more than specified 5.5% same shall be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix design as specified in Schedule "A" shall be adjusted @ the rate of 41.13 (Rs Forty one & paisa therteen) / kg for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix laid with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minium 2.00 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white/yellow by indigenous modern prpolled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers themoplastic reuirement for glass shall be the table No 800.4 of MORT specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr -in-charge.

S & F in replacement solar cat eyes (studs) made of aluminium dicasted body, 100% waterproof, both side reflectors, designed according to IP 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with shank not less than 60mm length, high efficiency mono crystaline solar panel(2.5 V/0.3 watt), one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) having six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela), view distance upto 1000 metre and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardner etc as per manufacturer's instructions at the location complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair delinator, at the top portion two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70 mm x 30mm are fixed on both sides of guide post. The body of guide post is moulded in ABS plastic and it is fixed on power coated steel pipe of 1.00 mtr height fixed in ground with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 of size 300 x 300 x 300mm including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS/Fibber/Plastic of size 80 cm dia fixed over & including 40 mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS/Fibber/Plastic of size 100 cm dia fixed over & including 40 mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Make : Road Star Cat No: RSCM-100 / equivalent of Tata / 3M / Simens / Dark Eye

Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation filling and moss concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, sign board etc made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing, sign board etc with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in replacement of 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3 M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer -in charge. Note Nothing extra paid for writing.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removal all rubbish material outside of defence Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate fininshing the concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 20 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, for laying floor finishes/tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete coloured tiles glossy finished of Square of size 300x300mm set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in hardstanding, path etc finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of brick/concrete wall surface (kerb stone) and applying applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.
