Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mildsteel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Concrete Items

Providing Granolithic floor finish in CM 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS HBG Metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the department

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished shahabad stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing with glazed tiles of size 200x200x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone M.Sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine PressedTiles of size 23x23x2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar,red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering in CM 1:3 to 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5 to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Distempering two coats over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete
