Design, Supply, and Fixing of Tensile Structure including foundation to create shades of cool at Maldahiya, Chauraha, Varanasi

Design, supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of PVDF coated polyester tensile membrane roofing system using Serge Ferrari France make 1002T2 grade fabric of 1050 GSM with 15 years manufacturer warranty against UV degradation and delamination, including all required fixing accessories such as SS membrane plates, SS AISI 316 grade wire ropes, turnbuckles, SS nuts, bolts, edge cables, clamps and other allied accessories complete, along with structural steel framework conforming to IS:2062 E250 grade with connections, base plates, anchor bolts and bracings, and RCC foundation work in M25 grade as per structural design and drawings duly vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt. Engineering College or proof-checked by a registered structural engineer and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, wherein the structural steel shall be surface prepared by sand/grit blasting to SA 2.5 finish and painted with one coat of epoxy primer of 80 micron DFT followed by two coats of polyurethane paint of 40 micron DFT each with total minimum DFT of 160 micron, and the rate shall be inclusive of complete structural design, form-finding, fabrication, transportation, erection, all T&P, scaffolding, safety measures and statutory compliances, and the payment shall be made on the basis of surface area of tensile fabric only in square metres / Square feet, which shall be deemed to include the cost of structural steel, foundation, accessories, design, vetting charges and all other works required for completion of the tensile structure in all respects.
