Demolition and disposal of existing old structure as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The nature of work includes, demolition brick work, dismantling of door/windows, steel work, RCC roof & demolishing cement concrete etc.) i) The contractor shall be responsible for excavation and removal of foundation. ii) Site shall be cleared in all respect. iii) The amount quoted by the agencies against the Reserve price of shall be deposited with MCD. iv) No tenderer will be allowed to submit his bid lesser than the reserve price. In case the tenderer submit the bid lesser than the reserve price, the said bid of the tenderer shall not be considered and amount of the bid shall be treated as equal to the reserve price as mentioned in the tender documents. v) The contractor will have to deposit full contractual amount to MCD within 5 days of issue of work order or handing over of site whichever is earlier.
